The Second Horizontal Mobility Call is open and the application deadline has been extended to April 10, 2026, at 1700H EAT.
Eligible applicants include only current master’s and PhD students from Université Cheikh Anta Diop (Senegal), Al Akhawayn University (Morocco), Universidade Agostinho Neto (Angola), Carnegie Mellon Africa (Rwanda), and American University Cairo (Egypt).
The programme only supports research mobility to 4 AFRETEC partner institutions: the University of Nairobi (UoN), the University of Rwanda (UR), the University of Lagos (UNILAG), and the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS).
